Vote Now - Ballots Due 10 am Tuesday, March 21

Remember to vote in the board election. You can drop your envelope in the mailbox by the Section 1 clubhouse door on the side away from the pool.

If you need ballots or envelopes, please contact Howard Levine at 561-501-1729 or by replying to this blog post.

You may use the following information to help you:

Suggested voting: https://honest-hl1.blogspot.com/2023/03/voting-suggestion.html

Remember to put your sealed ballot envelope in the outer envelope and completely fill in and sign and seal the outer envelope.

If you can't reach me for a ballot or envelope, follow these steps:

1) If you want to print out your own ballot, here is one for you.

2) Get 2 envelopes. Preferably have one smaller than the other because one envelope goes inside the other. If necessary, you can fold the inner envelope to fit in the outer envelope if they are the same size.

3) The inner envelope should be labeled as follows:

BALLOT

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN

4) The outer envelope must have your unit information and signature as follows and be completely filled out:

________________________________________________

Name    Print

________________________________________________

Address

Owner(s) Voting Representative

Voting Ballot Must Sign below:

Return Envelope

5) Fill out ballot and place in inner envelope - just one ballot per unit regardless of how many owners.

6) Seal inner envelope and place in outer envelope.

7) Seal outer envelope and put in mailbox outside Section 1 clubhouse by the door on the side away from the pool.

8) If you have any questions, need assistance, or are out of town and have not yet voted, please call Howard Levine at 561-501-1729 or send a text. Otherwise, congratulations! You voted.
